The Good

This thing works amazing! I can not stress this enough, performance wise, 5 out of 5 stars. I never adhere to a hand pump routine, always losing pressure, constantly having to re-pump. I tried bathmate, junk. I then used a la pump tube with hand pump. Then upgraded to this unit.

Software is simple to use. It takes a moment to figure out how to use it, and to come up with a good profile.

There is still some edema and spotting, but I feel it is greatly reduced compared to previous devices I have used. Constand vacuum (previous devices) compare to stepped, or pulsing vacuum.

CTC company was very quick to respond to emails. I had to call them once and they were patient, helpful etc.

The Bad

The price. I feel that $500 is a lot for what this device is, but I guess you get what you pay for.

This sort of ties into the price point, but when I received the unit I was surprised at how old the device seemed. I don't mean used. The software mirrors this, looking like it is from the early 2000s.

I already had to send it back once, after barely using it. And shortly after starting to use it again, maybe the third or fourth day, it started acting up again. Since receiving it back post repair, despite it acting up, it is 100% useable and it acting up is at most an annoyance.

I have not contacted ctc company about it acting up as I am fine living with it and just want to use it.

Ctc company honored there stated 1 year warranty with no fuss, and only had me pay for shipping, which I felt was entirely fair.
